For the majority of customers, we offer a full installation and commissioning service. By doing this we can ensure that the proposed solution is delivered to the customer as quoted and is installed to the manufacturers, and industry recognised, standards.
Throughout the whole process we ensure that the client is constantly kept up to date on progress and if any problems do arise that they are quickly discussed and resolved.
Once the installation is complete, we fully test the system offline before going live. We also provide comprehensive customer training so they happy to take over and run the system.
